The Homestead Section
Homestead Section : 9 rooms ( 7 with two double beds, 1 room with 1 queen bed & 1 extra large unit with 2 double beds & sofa bed. Two adjoining rooms included in total.) Drive up rooms with open balcony located adjacent to dining room building & sidewalk. Main fishing docks across street & nearby giftshops, museums & other amenities.

Harbourview Section
Located in our second block of buildings, away from main street & offer a nice view of Cheticamp Harbor & Gulf of St. Lawrence. Two storey complex (20 units) with open balcony on both levels & cathedral ceilings. Second floor offer's a beautiful bird's eye view. Lower Deck has 8 rooms with two double beds & 2 extra large suites with two queen beds,sofa bed & whirltub. Upper Deck - 5 units with two double beds, 3 King bedded rooms & 2 suites. Rates: Lower Deck - Singles

The HighlanderOur Highlander Section is located towards back of property & offers a view of the Highlands of Cape Breton as well as the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Nice landscape grounds with lawn chairs, benches, childrens playground & adjacent to guest laundromat. Lower level units - exceptionally spacious units & baths. Loveseat & 2 double beds or 2 queen beds. Large balcony. Upper deck rooms with private patio deck & choice of 2 double beds or 1 king.

Bridal SuiteBridal Suite - Deluxe room with special decor & furnishings.King bed & whirlpool bath for 2 persons. Private patio deck overlooking highlands

New VIP SuiteVIP Suite - 850sq.ft with 30 foot private patio deck - Beautiful view overlooking Gulf of St. Lawrence & Highlands of Cape Breton. Room has open cathedral ceiling with skylite, hardwood floors, two baths - 1 with shower & other with therapedic whirltub bath for two, mini kitchen,living room area with sofa bed & fireplace. Master bedroom with king size bed, television & deluxe furnishings.Located on second level of Highlander Section. This suite will make your stay memorable.

Vacation House
Two vacation homes: Bourgeois Home: Original Homestead, old but renovated many times & located towards front of property. Two storey homestead with 5 bedrooms. Level 1- with kitchen, porch with washer/dryer, living room, two bedrooms with 1 double bed & adjoining 3pc bath with shower. 2nd floor - 3 small bedrooms with 1 single bed ea + 3 pc bathroom with tub. Outdoor lawn area with barbecue. Rates: min 2 persons $160 - extra person $15 pp. Chaisson Home: Located towards back of property, on hill with veranda that overlooks harbour & gulf. One level with kitchen,living room with sofa bed , two bedrooms with 1 double bed ea & 3 pcs bath. Basement with washer & dryer.

Apartments
Apartments -(5 units)are located on adjacent property a few minutes walk from our main complex.Constructed in 1996 & situated on 2nd & 3rd floor of department store.All units are nicely finished,have full kitchen facilities,appliances & oak cabinets.All have one bedroom, open kitchen & living area with pull out sofa bed. Four units with one double or queen bed & one unit with two double beds in bedroom.
