Located on the beautiful Mira River, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Our 1 and 2 Bedroom Cottages, full bath and kitchen are in a quiet and peaceful setting with river access. You may sightsee by boat or by car where good fishing, great friendships and fantastic cuisine can be enjoyed daily. Be our guest and we will cater to your wishes on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. MIRA RIVER COTTAGES are located on a pristine property on the Mira River, Cape Breton with river access and blooming meadows for the avid naturalist and hiker. Our 1 and 2 bedroom cottages have full bath and kitchen that is set-up for housekeeping. All you require is your groceries. A cozy wood stove, complete with wood as well as an electric stove can create a soft ambiance for your vacation or get away.


Restaurant
The RIVERBANK RESTAURANT has a varied selection of Swiss specialties as well as Canadian cuisine. Our freshly made breads, desserts and tantalizing smells waffling from our kitchen invite our guests as well as our local residents to savor a bountiful breakfast from 8:30 to 10 o'clock and fantastic suppers from 4- 9 o'clock for your dining pleasure. (Breakfasts are only available by special arrangements.) We cater to Christmas office parties or small intimate gatherings for friends and family members. This is a great spot for anniversaries, birthday celebrations or staff parties. The dining room can accommodate 34 guests with a specialized menu for your requirements. Enjoy the ambiance, friendly service and Cape Breton hospitality.
