Connor Architects and Planners Limited (CAP) is an Architectural Design and Land-Use Planning professional consulting practice specializing in commercial, residential and industrial projects. From 1989 until mid 2001, CAP was directly affiliated with a major consulting engineering company carrying out a number of large multi-disciplinary architectural/ engineering design projects.
Due to this relationship, CAP has a very comprehensive understanding of the architectural and engineering requirements of many project types. During mid year 2001, CAP relocated its offices and began to associate with a broader base of engineering consultants while continuing to serve CAP’s on-going client base.
In addition to Architectural projects, CAP has provided Land-use Planning services to the municipal and development communities. CAP has been successful in the creation of Municipal Planning Strategy policies, Land-Use Bylaw zoning changes and Contract Development Agreements.
Upon completion of the Land-Use planning phases of projects, CAP has then been retained to carry out the architectural design of projects, bringing the Land-Use Planning phrase to its ultimate implementation.
