Although the firm’s client base has grown over the years, its philosophy remains the same; to deliver innovative designs resulting in top quality built forms. The firm places a high emphasis on the quality control of its professional services and management techniques. Over the years the methods of controlling quality and improving services have undergone constant change with the latest techniques such as TQM and the ISO standards currently being introduced. We believe these techniques are essential in helping us provide buildings and spaces that maintain performance over time.

We see ourselves as strongly service oriented. We build lasting relationships with our clients and provide reliable, technically competent solutions to their building needs. We like to specialize in areas where these qualities can be of benefit to client’s with on-going building programs.

We define client satisfaction and total quality as consistently meeting the client’s expectations. Integrating and coordinating the team’s efforts throughout all stages of the work, from early design through construction, is a key element to the success of our projects. We assign a team leader who’s task is to integrate the efforts of all the members of the design team and focus their attention on the client’s expectations. We also believe that by equipping our employees with the most up-to-date equipment and technology available, together with the principle of basing all decisions on factual information, we are able to ensure that our client’s budgets and schedules are respected.
