Paramount Pharmacies Limited is the largest independent and locally owned group of pharmacies in Cape Breton. Since opening the first store in New Waterford over 30 years ago, the company has expanded and now includes a total of four locations within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
Since 1989 we have been members of the Pharmasave group. Pharmasave is a member owned company consisting of independently owned drug stores across Canada and currently has more locations in Nova Scotia than any other group or chain of pharmacies.

We have certified fitters for compression hosiery and orthotic devices at Charlotte Street and HealthPark.
