The Lakes Campground & Restaurant

The lakes is located on the Cabot Trail at North East Margaree, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. The property is situated on the beautiful Lake O'Law surrounded by the Cape Breton Highlands offering natural beauty and sparkling waters that you will remember for life. Whether you are staying in a cottage or camping , you will find the atmosphere friendly and gently relaxing.

Housekeeping Cottages
The cottages are nestled by Lake O'Law offering a great view. They are all 2 bedrooms with the standard cottages having a double bed in each bedroom or a double in 1 bedroom and 2 singles in the other. They have a kitchenette with microwave/convection ovens. The deluxe cottages have Queen beds in each bedroom and have a full kitchen. All cottages have a sitting area with a pull out sofa, 4 piece baths, digital satellite television and decks with chairs and barbecues.

Campgrounds
The campground has 3 way serviced sites, 2 way serviced sites and unserviced sites. Bathrooms have flush toilets, sinks, showers and Laundromat. Each site has a table and fire place.

Restaurant
Fully licensed dining room featuring fresh lobster from our tank, seafood, home cooked meals and a friendly atmosphere
