The Rodeo is the premier Country bar in HRM, with great country music all the time, live bands on Friday and Saturday nights, and the best staff in Nova Scotia!
During the week, we cater to our customers with a great menu and a great selection of drinks,with something for everyone, from the occasional social to the hard-core partier!
We have dance lessons on Tuesdays; for only $3 you can learn all the latest country moves.
On Wednesday nights, we have free pool!
Thursday nights are our down home kitchen parties 9-12!
On Friday and Saturday nights, we feature live bands plus a fabulous DJ, who plays a mix of country and popular dance, while the band takes a breather.
Ryan Cook - Traditionalist Singer Song writer has been added to the Rodeo roster!!! Ryan will be keeping the music going through the end of the weekend!!! SUNDAYS from 9-12 Ryan and his band will be belting out the tunes!!! Come in for an early date, dancing and fun! If you've never heard this traditionalist quirky lyrics and gentle demeanour, or the slide of the steele guitar - you are in for a treat! There are 2 full service bars to make your party experience as undemanding as possible, so no waiting in line for drinks, as well as a newly added 3rd bar for shooters and blender drinks!! As well, there is a team of wonderful waitresses bustling through to the crowd to make your experience an even more pleasurable one!
Our security staff is the best around, and their priority is to make the bar environment a safe and fun one for everybody.
