In 2001 the present owners, Sebelle Deese and Susan Budd, bought the home from the Jennings. Sebelle is originally from Mississippi, and Susan is from California. After traveling together for many years and staying in bed and breakfasts, they decided to look for a bed and breakfast to buy. Upon their retirement from Mount Wachusett Community College in 2004, they began their 'retirement' dream career of operating a bed and breakfast abroad. Sebelle was a professor and Susan was a librarian.
