Welcome To The Cape Cod Colony Motel we are located at 234 Water Street in the center of the historic town of Shelburne, Nova Scotia .The motel is conveniently located to many of the local attractions of Shelburne. We are within walking distance to the Historic Dock Street where numerous museums are located as well as fine dinning restaurants and just 2 km from the Roseway hospital and Rosway manor.
What We Offer Our motel offers 23 rooms that have been extensively renovated in the Fall of 2006. The rooms contain either 1 double, 2 doubles, 3 doubles, 1 queen, 2 queens or 1 king size bed. All rooms have a private three piece bathroom, cable television, phone, free high speed wireless internet access, non-allergenic laminate flooring, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and air conditioning. All guests also enjoy complimentary juice and water located in the fridges of the rooms as well you receive a 20% discount on breakfast purchases at the Scotia lunch restaurant, located only moments away. There are also various other food products for purchase in the main office as well as an outside pop machine.
