Emsik Beach House is a truly private holiday retreat. Built at the end of small cove along the shores of Port Joli Harbour, Queens County, this one and a half storey beach house offers everything you imagined in a Nova Scotia vacation. Breathtaking sunsets, spectacular ocean views and 5000 feet of white, sandy beach await you. Available for weekly rental only, Emsik Beach House is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape from the city.
The warm water and sandy shoreline offer great sun bathing and swimming opportunities; the abundance of shorebirds and harbour seals are a delight to nature lovers and birders; and the close proximity to hiking trails within provincial and national parks all provide for a memorable vacation experience.
Designed to comfortably accommodate a single person, couple with two children or two couples, the beach house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The inclusion of satellite television, a well-stocked library with plenty of local reference material, two washrooms, a large changing room and shower, a queen size bed and a double futon, wood and electric heat and a propane barbecue all help to complete the picture.
