Christine Benoit opened Foundations in her home in January 2005. Her success has led to the opening of her new location on King St in February of 2006. She received her European Training in Dartmouth in 2002. She has continued her skin care training with both Pevonia Botanica and Plantogen skin care lines to become better equiped in helping her clients achieve healthier skin . She is a licensed and registered member, in good standing, of the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia (CANS). 
Erica Poole arrived in Canada in 2005 from Suffolk, England. She has been with Foundations Health Spa since November 2006 operating Maritime Osteopathy. Erica gained her Osteopathic Degree in the UK at the British School of Osteopathy. She is a registered member, in good standing, of the British Osteopathic Council (BOC) and The Ontario Association of Osteopaths (OAO).
Amy Bustin has been with Foundations Health Spa since August 2006 operating as a Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her training at the ICT Northumberland College. She is a registered member, in good standing, of the Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS)
