La Have Furnishings opened its doors for the first time way back in 1957. In the town of Bridgewater, deep in the heart of the beautiful south shore region of Nova Scotia, on the historical banks of the La Have Rriver from which we have derived our name. Back then honesty, courteous customer service, solid product knowledge and quality merchandise were the true virtues retail businesses strived for and those who succeeded were rewarded with great community respect and very high instances of customer loyality.

La Have Furnishings succeeded back then and continue to do so to this very day. Just as our store has remained at its original location for so many years, our steadfast commitment to uphold these virtues is still strong today. Being a truly independent retailer, the products we choose for our store are produced by manufacturers hand selected by us with respect to their product quality and their customer service record being in the forefront.
