- The property can be found next to the Lighthouse Route (approx. 200 feet). It is close to the sandy beach of West Berlin (approx. 1/2 mile) and a small fisher wharf (approx. 1 mile).
- The beautiful Beach Meadows beach can be found in the closer vicinity, as well as the fisher town Liverpool and Bridgewater with its versatile shopping places.
