Pine Grove Stable is a unique equestrian small business whose vision is to encourage and promote the principles of Classical Riding.
Horsemanship and Riding Lessons
We offer highly individualized riding lessons that are true to classical riding and horsemanship principles. Our program is unique in that the horses in the program are in active training at all times and are used sparingly for lessons. In this way the horses are continually maintained and improved in their training. Lesson spaces are therefore limited but of high quality with innovative teaching methods. Students ages 8 and up are invited to apply. Please refer to the downloads page for more information.
Boarding
Boarders are welcome. We offer a low key and friendly atmosphere with a horse centered philosophy. We feature a high level of care including daily turnout (individual or pair ), stall cleaning, and individualized frequent feedings. Steve is on the property most of the time and Shauna works close by. Our facility includes indoor/outdoor riding as well as a heated tack room and washroom.
Training Video/DVD Rentals
We have an extensive and growing selection of training DVD/Videos available for rental. This is a great way to increase your knowledge and develop your eye for what is correct. Learn from some of the world's top trainers and riders! Please contact us for more info.
Equestrian Photographic Services
Consistent with our belief that visual learning is very important we offer videotaping of riding sessions. Editing to DVD is also available.
Individual photos, photographic sessions, horsey calendars, business cards, and special occaision cards are just some of what we have to offer. Perhaps you want a picture of you on a favorite horse! All photographs are printed on archival paper of high quality and are frameable.
