Ticket Policy :
Tickets can be purchased during regular box office hours for any live event at the box office of the Astor. As well, tickets can be purchased over the phone by using a credit card. Please be aware that tickets purchased over the phone will be charged to the credit card on the day of purchase.

Refunds/Exchanges:
Refunds or exchanges cannot be made once the ticket has been purchased. Tickets will be accepted for resale prior to the performance, and if a purchaser is found, the ticket price will be refunded. In the event of a show cancellation, refunds will be made available.

Evening Performances:
Usually begin at 8 p.m. Please check performance times on your tickets. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break, suitable to performers and management in order to minimize disturbance to other patrons and the performers Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult for evening performance. The Box Office reserves the right to select seating for tickets purchased within 30 minutes of curtain time.

Wheelchairs: The Astor is wheelchair accessible and has a location for wheelchairs. Please notify the Box Office in advance.

Cameras and Recording Equipment:
Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted in the theatre without the prior permission of the management and the performer.

Please note:
All Programs subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Alcohol is not permitted in the Theatre area.
Cell phones, pagers or anything that beeps must be turned off or left with the house manager before entering the theatre.
The Astor is a non-smoking facility to minimize the disturbance of other patrons as well as performers on stage.
