An excellent location for day trips to all points of interest on Cape Breton Island

In Margaree Centre, 1.4 miles off the Cabot Trail, our cottages are ideal for a stress-free relaxing holiday. Walk across the field and salmon fish the beautiful, world-famous Margaree River, or go hunting, hiking or bird watching (a bald eagle is not an uncommon sight) and a twenty minute drive to an ocean beach. Winter is a time of invigorating outdoor activities! Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and more, right from your door!

All cottages include:
Linens, towels and washroom supplies, dishes, fridge, stove, microwave oven, electric heat, colour T.V., pay phone and play area on property. Two bedroom cottages are designed and equipped for four persons. Arrangements must be made with management for extra persons. Garbage is picked up on a daily basis. Daily housekeeping chores are the responsibility of the occupant. The person registering is responsible for any and all damage cost to rooms, furnishings and fixtures. For the comfort and security of all guests, QUIET TIME is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
