This lovingly maintained 2 bedroom cottage, which sleeps 6, is located just 30 minutes from Amherst and 10 minutes from Pugwash. Located in Linden, NS the cottage has an ocean view and is a short 3 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. It’s a great place for children to play, long walks and good old fashioned bonfires. It’s a 40 minute drive to Moncton, NB, 35 minutes to the PE bridge, and 2 hours to Halifax, NS. Close by are award winning golf courses Northumberland Link and Fox Harbour Resort.
As part of the Sunrise Trail, there is also lots to do and see in this picturesque area of Nova Scotia.
The single story, open concept, 2 bedroom cottage includes:
- Master bedroom with queen size bed, large bureau & mirror, two windows with nice views.
- Guest bedroom - 2 single beds, large bureau, blanket chest, two windows. Bedrooms are completely furnished including linens, blankets, & pillows.
- Bath: Shower/tub, large sink, towels & linen included, washer/dryer.
- Comfortable open kitchen/living area, fully furnished with dishwasher. Hardwood floors, high, wood finished ceilings, ceiling fan, picture window with wonderful view. All lovingly maintained. Stained wood walls & ceilings make for a peaceful rustic setting.
- Pull-out couch in the living room sleeps 2;
- Cottage also includes a microwave, TV and stereo.
- Table/chairs, kitchenware, dishwasher, and woodstove for your convenience.
- Ground level wrap-around wood deck with ocean views.
- Utilities: Good tasting well water, woodstove for cool nights
- Pets OK (please, clean up after them).
- Smoking allowed outside only.
- Large front and back yards. Backyard has a small flower garden.
